At Vouloir Fashion, every gown is crafted with careful planning, premium materials, and dedicated artisan time. Because of the personalized nature of our work, the following policies apply.
Custom Gown Orders
Custom gown orders may be canceled within 3 days of the deposit submission.
After the 3-day period, all deposits become non-refundable, as fabrics, embellishments, and other materials may have already been ordered and production may have begun.
Once the design and production process is underway, the order is considered confirmed and cannot be refunded.
Premade Dresses
All premade dresses are final sale.
Due to the exclusive nature of our garments, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on pre-made items. Clients are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions and sizing information before completing a purchase.
If you have questions prior to purchasing, our team will gladly assist to ensure confidence in your selection.
Shipping Policy
Vouloir Fashion aims to deliver your order in a timely and secure manner.
Shipping Rates
A flat shipping rate of $25 applies to all orders unless otherwise specified.
Processing & Delivery Time
Once an item has been shipped, the estimated delivery timeframe is 3–5 business days depending on the destination and carrier operations.
Please note that delivery times may occasionally vary due to factors outside our control, including weather conditions, shipping carrier delays, or peak holiday periods.
Payment Requirement
All orders must be paid in full before shipment.
Orders will not be dispatched until the outstanding balance has been settled.
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
Shipping Responsibility
Vouloir Fashion is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the shipping carrier once the item has been dispatched.
Clients should ensure that shipping information provided at checkout is accurate to avoid delivery issues.
